Faculty Ask an Administrator Form

- The purpose of the Ask an Administrator form is to bring issues to the Faculty Senate that may need to be addressed with the President, Provost, or other appropriate administrator.
- All questions are confidential and the submitting individual will only be known to the Faculty Senate President, Past-President, and President-Elect.
- Questions will initially be reviewed by the Faculty Senate Presidents to determine
if:
- The question can be directly answered without further discussion. If so, the answer will be provided to the submitter by the Presidents.
- The question is appropriate to bring forward to the Executive Committee for discussion and consideration. If so, the Executive Committee will then determine next steps and to whom the question should be addressed if it moves forward. The submitter will be notified as the question is carried forward and of the final response.
- The question is not appropriate for Faculty Senate. If so, the submitter will be notified as such and redirected as appropriate.
- Questions submitted to administrators may be edited or modified in order to combine with similar questions, to avoid repeating all or part of a previous question(s), or to remove language that the Executive Committee determines is unnecessary and/or inflammatory.
- All questions discussed in Faculty Senate Executive Committee meetings with the President and Provost will be reported in the meeting notes provided to Faculty Senators.
