We are currently not accepting applications for the NASA Tennessee Space Grant Scholarship.   We will likely be advertising again in Fall 2020 for scholarships for Spring 2021.  Check back here in Fall 2020 for updated information.

This is the information from last year:

Pending funding, a number of NASA Tennessee Space Grant scholarships of $1250 each will be awarded for the Spring 2020 Semester to ETSU Physics majors.

Scholarship recipients will be required to take the 1-credit hour course PHYS-1500: 'Research Methods', which will meet for two hours on Tuesday afternoons (4 - 6 PM) during the Spring 2020 semester.

This scholarship is intended for freshman/sophomore physics majors who are taking either Calculus I, Calculus II, and/or Technical Physics II concurrently. Students must be officially declared as a Physics major to receive one of these scholarships, and must be able to take PHYS 1500 at its scheduled time to receive a scholarship.   Recipients must be full-time students at ETSU during Spring 2020 to receive the scholarship.

These scholarships will be awarded based on GPA, test scores, and financial need.
