We are happy to welcome Dr. Robert Pattie, our new Assistant Professor of Physics, to the Department. Dr. Pattie received his B.S. in Physics from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and his Ph.D. in Physics from North Carolina State University. Before coming to ETSU, he was a Post-Doctoral Researcher at Los Alamos National Laboratory. He is an expert in low energy subatomic physics, particularly experimental work on ultracool neutrons.
