The Tennessee Department of Revenue co-sponsors tax seminars designed to bring the
latest available tax information to business owners, CPAs, and other interested parties.
Seminar participants receive current, in-depth information on Tennessee tax issues
and information from other state agencies.
This year's speakers will be from:
- Secretary of State
- Tennessee Comptroller of the Treasury
- Tennessee Department of Revenue
- Tennessee Department of the Treasury
Participants will be able to get answers to tax questions and share solutions with their peers. New information, including updates from the 2019 legislative session, will be presented.
Topics include sales tax, electronic filing, franchise and excise tax, business tax, individual income tax, gift and inheritance tax, unemployment tax, and tangible personal property tax.
