Introducing Mission Mondays at ETSU!
A Community Engagement Opportunity at ETSU
Meet Students – Recruit Volunteers – Share Your Mission
The Center for Community Engagement at East Tennessee State University is proud to share an exciting initiative in alignment with the university’s mission to “Go Beyond the Classroom.” This sponsored program - Mission Monday - is designed to cultivate meaningful connections between ETSU students and local nonprofit organizations, helping to foster a culture of civic engagement, experiential learning, and community partnership.
What is Mission Monday?
Mission Monday is a campus engagement event that provides nonprofit organizations
and community partners with a unique opportunity to connect directly with ETSU students,
sponsored by the Center for Community Engagement. During the academic semester, a
dedicated space will be reserved on the first floor of the D.P. Culp Student Center
from 10:00pm-2:00pm, allowing organizations to showcase their mission, promote current
volunteer opportunities, and educate students about the valuable work they are doing
in our region.
