Welcome to the Department of Health Services Management and Policy!
The Department prepares graduates for careers in health services management and policy. This is a multidisciplinary field of inquiry and practice concerned with the organization, financing, delivery and quality of health services for individuals and populations. We offer graduate and undergraduate degree programs, including doctoral, masters, and bachelors degrees, as well as two interdisciplinary graduate certificates. All of our programs are nationally-accredited by the Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH). The MPH in Health Services Administration is offered both on-ground and 100% online. The graduate certificates are also offered 100% online. Please see our Degrees page for more information.
Ours are professional degree programs with practice components. They are designed to prepare graduates to competently pursue their career paths or further their education. In addition to their coursework and field work, students have multiple opportunities to participate in on-going research projects and community service activities. Our faculty and staff are highly qualified and accessible to students. Recent alumni surveys indicated that 100 percent of graduates were satisfied with their academic preparation.
