ETSU Downtown Center (DTC) Transportation and Parking Information
Dedicated van service will be provided for students needing transportation from the front of Gilbreath Hall to the ETSU Downtown Center (DTC), 115 East Market Street. The schedule is a fixed departure schedule from Gilbreath Hall and the DTC. Starting at 8:00am, Monday Through Friday, and continuing until the last DTC pickup at 5:30pm, the van will run a continuous loop, departing each location every 20 minutes. Rider demand, and timeliness of the service will be continually monitored. See last page for parking information.
Monday through Friday for the fall and spring semesters. No shuttle service on Administrative closure days, holidays, or when classes are out of session.

DTC Parking Garage Information
(115 East Market Street, entrance off Buffalo Street)
Custodial staff unlocks the garage at 7:00 a.m. and locks it at 11:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. On ETSU-recognized holidays or during inclement weather, they will follow the university’s adjusted schedule.
Once the garage is locked, cars with an ETSU parking pass will remain locked in until opening the next business day. Any car left without an ETSU parking permit will be towed at owner’s expense by Cut Rate Towing.
Access into the building from the parking garage is available via the stairwell next to the elevator and/or the elevator.
ETSU ID card access is required for all building exterior doors, interior stairwell, and elevator access. Please consult with the Biology Department for access.
