Heather Levesque: Director New Student & Family Programs

Responsible for New Student & Family Programs including New Student Orientation, Preview, Parent & Family Programs, Welcome Week and advises the Preview and Orientation Leader Organization (POLO). She serves as the division liaison to other offices and areas regarding first year students including ETSU 1020 and First Year Living and Learning Communities.

Jake Allen: Assistant Director of New Student & Family Programs

Responsible for cultivating programs that encourage and promote positive partnerships with ETSU families in an effort to enhance and support students educational success. Jake is the link between ETSU families and the university. He works with the Preview and Orientation Leader Organization and serves as the division liaison to offices around campus regarding new student and family programming.

Nancy Meredith: New Student & Family Programs Executive Aid

Nancy is originally from Chattanooga TN and received a degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in Elementary Education. Her responsibilities include working with new student orientation, parent programs, the Student Organization Resource Center and the Preview and Orientation Leader Organization. Emily Assenmacher: New Student & Family Programs Intern

Emily is originally from Alcoa, TN. She will graduate with a degree in English in May of 2019.  Her responsibilities include attending POLO training meetings, assisting with team building and educational activities, training and event preparations, with all New Student Orientations, Preview and Parent/Family Events.

Alex Bowyer: New Student & Family Programs Intern

Alex is originally from Kingsport, TN. She will graduate with a degree in Nursing in May of 2019. Her responsibilities include attending POLO training meetings, assisting with team building and educational activities, training and event preparations, with all New Student Orientations, Preview and Parent/Family Events.

Leon is originally from Knoxville, TN and will receive a degrees in Media and Communications and African and African America Studies in December 2018 . His responsibilities include attending POLO training meetings, assisting with team building and educational activities, assist with training and event preparations, assist with all New Student Orientations, Preview and Parent & Family events.
