These resources are intended to support self-awareness and encourage students to seek help when needed.
Emotional and Mental Health Self-Screening Tools
Self-screening tools can help students reflect on emotional well-being and identify areas where additional support may be helpful. These tools are available for topics including altruism, anxiety, depression, emotional intelligence, happiness, obsessive-compulsive disorder, PTSD, relationship trust, stress, substance use and unconscious bias.
