Hiring Temporary Employees through Dynamic Forms:
If start date for the contract (new hire/renewal) is prior to July 1, 2021, please continue to process the hire through dynamic forms.
Requests to hire temporary employees must be approved electronically through the Dynamic Forms portal. Please review the Temporary Hire Approval Instructions before submitting. All applicants must have an application on file in the eJobs system.

RENEWALS/REHIRES may be processed through the eContracts system starting June 1, 2021. NEW temporary hires with a July 1, 2021 or later start date, will be processed through eJobs starting June 1, 2021. If start date for the contract (new hire or renewal) is prior to July 1, 2021, please continue to process the hire through dynamic forms.

- NO employee is to be allowed to begin work prior to notification from the Office of Human Resources that the appointment has been approved. Department heads that allow potential employees to begin work prior to formal approval may be personally liable for wages, fines and fees, due during the period prior to formal approval being obtained.
