Operations Supervisor

Role Description
Responsible for planning, supervising, and participating in general operations or a related operational service specialty area. Provides staff supervision to include scheduling work, managing performance, identifying training needs, and providing input on hiring. This role is typically designated as essential personnel and the primary focus is on supervision of operation units and employees.
Levels
Operations Supervisor 1 - MR 5Performs the functions of the Operations Specialist, in addition to the daily oversight
of an area. Typically Non-Exempt. Education/Experience:Typically requires a high school diploma and three years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Applicable certification/license may be required. |
Operations Supervisor 2 - MR 6Supervises other supervisors and/or leads. Typically Exempt. Education/Experience:Typically requires a high school diploma and four years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Applicable certification/license may be required. |
Operations Supervisor 3 - MR 7Oversees and assigns the work of others in multiple functional areas. Typically Exempt.
