Designated Parking

**Please note that University School students who are not dual-enrolled on the ETSU campus can see Officer Hudson to purchase a parking decal.

As the fall semester approaches, we look forward to the return of faculty, staff, and students to campus.  Over the summer and during the past year, we have made numerous enhancements such as repaving, solar powered parking counters, enhanced lighting, EV charging stations, and other improvements.  The free shuttle service, BucShot, will be available in and around campus beginning  August 23, 2021.  Up-to-date BucShot information, real-time parking availability, and other valuable information can be found on the ETSU App.  Please visit https://www.etsu.edu/safety/etsu_safe.php for more app information. 

To ensure we can continue to serve the entire campus community, starting Monday, August 16, 2021, all parking regulations, including designated parking, will be enforced 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  2021-2022 student parking permits are available at the Parking Services office during regular business hours (8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. M-F).  2021-2022 Faculty and Staff permits may be requested online, by mail, or in person, beginning August 30, 2021.  For further information please contact Parking Services at 423-439-5650 or visit www.etsu.edu/facilities/parking.
