COVID MEDICAL RELEASE FOR RETURN TO ATHLETIC Participation

COVID MEDICAL RELEASE GUIDANCE

Good afternoon,

As a reminder, please note that per TSSAA policy student-athletes that have tested positive for COVID-19 (with or without symptoms) at any point during the current school year are required to have a medical provider assess for any residual symptoms and provide written clearance prior to returning to participation.  The attached document, once signed by the medical provider, should be returned to the school nurse (can be returned in paper form, or scanned and e-mailed to pritchardb@etsu.edu).
