An influenza vaccination clinic for the University School students is scheduled forFriday 10/21/22 from 9-11 am in the Library.
Parent consents are located on the links below and will also be sent home this week
with each student. If you wish for your child to have the flu vaccine on 10/21/22
by the Washington County Health Department, please complete and return the consent by 8/18/22. The deadline for completion is 8/19/22 as the WCHD must have time to process all
the consents and insurance information prior to this event.
