Soccer Team Updates

UH 1. Elizabethton 1.

On 4/16/21 UH Varsity tied Elizabethton 1-1. The Bucs were behind at halftime 1-0 but battled back to tie the game 1-1 in the second half. Senior Tyler Barnes scored off a corner kick by Bracken Burns.

UH JV 1. Elizabethton JV 0.

Following the Varsity game on 4/16 the JV team defeated Elizabethton JV 1-0. Freshman Matthew Roberts scored in the first minute as the Bucs went on to win 1-0. Sadiq Mohammed recorded the shutout in goal. Elijah Kadish had the assist on the goal.

UH 1. Providence Academy 1.

The Bucs tied Providence Academy 1-1 on 4/20/21. Away at Providence the Bucs scored off a shot by Alex Powell that was deflected into the goal by a Providence player. In the second half Providence scored to make it 1-1 which was the final score. Sophomore goalkeeper Sam McGee had some key saves in the game. The Bucs are now 7-1-2 on the season.
