Middle School Cross Country Practice Cancelled

Cross Country practice is cancelled on Thursday, August 12th,  because we have parent teacher conferences, and the heat is considered extreme. 

We will have practice next week. Please remember to send water bottles and remind your child to drink plenty of water during the day as well as drinking extra water that evening. 

We will be sending Canvas invites to team members so they can access the workouts for non-practice days. 

If you have not filled out the Google Form on our website - that must be done ASAP. The sweatshirt and extra shirts orders are due by Monday, August 16. Thank you,
