Dr. Frasier Awarded Grant to Fund Project
Dr. Amanda Slaten Frasier, social studies Instructor at University School has been awarded a Small Grant from the ETSU Research Development Committee to fund her project, "What makes classroom observation feedback effective? A mixed method case study."
This study will use an existing set of data to address the following research questions:
RQ1.) Do teachers perceive that classroom observation provides useful feedback for improving classroom practice, and if so, in what ways?
RQ2.) What criteria do teachers identify as necessary for feedback from classroom observation to be useful in changing classroom practices?
