University Elementary School Student Spotlight - May 15, 2022
Elementary School Honoree – Ansley James
Ansley is a great friend to all students in the classroom. She works hard every day and keeps going even when things get challenging. She is kind, funny, respectful, and responsible. She is a role model in the classroom and her perseverance is inspiring to all!
Getting to know Ansley James:
- If you had an unlimited budget and could add/build anything in/on the school, what would it be? "I would like to build a theater for the school, and include more props for performances. I really enjoy watching plays."
- What part of school do you enjoy the most? "Gym class. I like playing games in gym. I get exercise and Ms. Cradic makes it fun!"
- What advice would you give to next year’s 4th graders? "Don’t let people boss you around and stay out of drama!"
“Ansley is so much fun to have in class!” said Mrs. Lindsay Lester, Ansley’s 4th-grade teacher. “She is clever, funny, cheerful, kind, creative, and understanding! She is a great friend to her classmates. She goes out of her way to make others feel important and included. She truly cares about others and it shows through her actions and how kind she is to everyone!”
