University High School Student Spotlight - January 27th, 2022
High School Honoree – Macy Baurle
Despite being new to the University School community, Macy demonstrates leadership abilities inside and outside of the classroom. She has even helped to create a new club at University School that welcomes all female students. The goal of the "Chick Chat” Club is to "create a safe space for girls to discuss female-centric issues."

"Macy is new to our school but has already demonstrated how valuable she is to our school community,” said Mrs. Jessica Lee, Macey’s World History teacher. “She offers vibrant discussion in the classroom and is always willing to help a friend in need. I am thrilled to have Macy in my World History class!"
