Elementary School Honoree – Hudson Williams
Hudson is a spotlight student in many ways. He is both honest and trustworthy. If asked, students and teachers would most certainly describe Hudson as trustworthy and thoughtful. He is consistently a volunteer to help out a friend in need or to assist in completing a classroom task. I can always count on Hudson to have a positive attitude toward new academic challenges in the classroom.
Getting to know Hudson:
- What is your favorite & least favorite food?
“My favorite food Pumpkin Pie, which I had in the cafeteria. My least favorite food is the cooked cafeteria carrots.”
- You have an unlimited supply of one thing for the rest of your life…what are you choosing?
“Soda! Orange Crush. The only time I’ve had it is at my Nana’s house.”
- You get to donate a million dollars to a charity of your choice. Where are you sending your money?
“I would donate my money to a nursery because little babies need to have tons of help. And my mom has four babies!”
“Hudson is a thoughtful, considerate, respectful kiddo to both peers and adults,” pointed out Mrs. Heather Jeffers, Hudson’s 1st-grade teacher. “He is a classroom leader in so many ways! Hudson is one of the first to volunteer when a friend is in need. He also contributes so many creative ideas and thoughts to classroom discussions or lessons. Hudson provides us all with a genuine example of kindness through both his actions and words. Our Hudson makes sure that everyone feels welcome in our 1st-grade classroom and greets us every morning with a smile!”
