Middle School Honoree – Ellie Nelson
Ellie is always willing to help someone else out. She volunteers in class and we have seen her offer support to others students without being asked. We talk about a growth mindset in 6th grade; Ellie is modeling this attitude with her hard work, dedication and positive mindset. She doesn't give up and wants to help others.

The people – I like the teachers because they are great at helping me and the other students because they offer great support.

- What is something about yourself you want other people to know?
I play soccer for the middle school team.
Mrs. Ledbetter stated, "Ellie is a joy to have in our class. She is kind to others and has a great sense of humor. I know she is always ready to participate in class discussion. Ellie encourages others with her kindness and humility."
