ASRL staff and faculty affiliates have extensive experience in faculty/student research, community based research, evaluation research, government and non-profit work, public opinion polling, and community health research.
NEED QUALTRICS ASSISTANCE?
We offer both brief one-time consultations on your research project and extended support roles with contracted faculty and staff time.
Our Qualtrics programmers can assist you with everything from feasibility of features, quality checking surveys before they launch, or simply bridging the gap between do-it-yourself and advanced level survey programming. If you don’t have the time or capacity to learn yet another new system, or your needs are complex, consider contracting with ASRL.
ASRL also offers Qualtrics office hours one day a month* to ETSU Faculty, staff, and students as a service to ETSU. Consultations are typically 15 minutes and you must sign up for a time slot and provide information about your study for us to review PRIOR to the consultation.
- Determine if Qualtrics is right for your project
- Quality check your survey prior to launch
- Understand authentication and distribution options
- Troubleshoot issues with complex logic or features
*Consultations lasting longer than 15-20 minutes should be scheduled with ASRL staff.
Please email Morgan Kidd, ASRL Assistant Director, at jonesms@etsu.edu to sign up for Qualtrics office hours
