Student Center

The D.P. Culp Student Center serves as the community center for the ETSU campus while upholding ETSU Mission, Vision & Values. Housed within are numerous services, students and administrative offices, recreational opportunities, food service areas, the bookstore, a post office, and meeting facilities for use by ETSU students, faculty, staff, as well as members of the community.

Current Operating Hours for the D. P. Culp Student Center

D. P. Culp Student Center Building Hours:


2026 SPRING BREAK OPERATING HOURS:
Friday March 13th: 7:00am - 10:00pm
Saturday March 14th & 15th: BUILDING CLOSED
Monday March 16th - Friday March 20th: 7:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday March 21st: 7:00am - 10:00pm
Sunday March 22nd: Open regular operating hours of 7:00am - 12midnight

Summer Semester: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Monday - Friday, closed on weekends.
(hours are subject to change for maintenance, breaks, holidays, and special events) 

Fall and Spring Semester: 7:00 AM - 12:00 mid 7 days a week.
(hours are subject to change for maintenance, breaks, holidays, and special events)

The D. P. Culp can be accessed by J. L. Seehorn Road, Borchuck Plaza, and South Dossett Drive. Construction areas on the east (South Dossett) and west (Borchuck Plaza) entrances may mean that accessible routes are different than in the fall. Dining Hall Hours:  (also known as Marketplace):
7:00 AM - 10:00 PM 7 days a week through Fall and Spring. Summer varies - see website.

Food Service Retail Location/Hours:
Each location differs concerning operating hours. (see website for hours).

ETSU Post Office Hours:  (24/7 box access)
9:00 AM - 3:30 PM Window Service hours Monday - Friday, closed on weekends.

The ETSU Campus Store Hours: (also known as the Bookstore) :
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Friday, closed on weekends.

Carrier Center Departmental Units: 
Each inside departmental unit follows normal operating hours of 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Carrier Center Front Desk follows Summer, Fall, and Spring Semester hours. 

D. P. Culp Student Center Departmental Units: See "Services in the Culp" tab left side of website for each units website. Most of all departmental units within the D. P. Culp Student Center operate 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Friday, closed on weekends.
