As the Dean of Student Engagement/Director of Assessment, Leah Adinolfi provides oversight to six units within ETSU’s Division of Student Life & Enrollment. These include the D.P. Culp Student Center Operations, Student Activities & Organizations, Leadership & Civic Engagement, Fraternity & Sorority Life, ID and Tech Services and Campus Dining Services. Dr. Adinolfi also helps to facilitate strategic planning and assessment of programs across the Division.

Responsible for directing all functions of the day to day operations while ensuring proper safety and security measures of the D. P. Culp Student Center. The Director is responsible for supervising the reservation process, the maintenance of the physical facility and the Technical Services Department. Also serves as liaison to the Facilities Management and Telecommunications Departments.

Provides administrative support to the Dean of Student Engagement/Director of Assessment,
the Director of The Student Center, Student Activities & Organizations, Fraternity
& Sorority Life, and Leadership & Civic Engagement. Manages budget accounts for the
above departments. Oversees the Carrier Center front desk and clerical operations
within the Carrier Center. Primary supervisor for all Carrier Center student workers
and oversees/plans their training and development. Also works with SGA for spending
of BUC Fund allocations and with the Dean of Student Engagement for admin support
for SAAC allocations.

Provides administrative support to the Director of The Student Center. Supervises
evening and weekend operations. Responsible for training and development and supervises
the evening and weekend student worker staff, as well as evening and weekend building
management staff. Coordinates with on campus and off campus communities that include
facilities management, food service, technical services, and custodial services to
secure resources and staff support for events. Serves as a building coordinator, executing
fire and life safety montly checklists.

The Coordinator of Engagement seeks to create and implement activities to engage students
within the Culp and specified athletic functions. A primary goal of the Coordinator
of Engagement is to cultivate excitement, and provide positive, enriching, and diverse
outlets for students to connect with others, build a community of support, and feel
a sense of pride and belonging at ETSU. The Coordinator of Engagement also oversees
both student organizations PartyBucs and BucWild.

I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy Candidate who also completed my undergraduate coursework in Biology and Psychology here at ETSU. I am a Bristol, TN native who enjoys being in nature, on the water, traveling, and oil painting on my free time. I also have a strong passion for rural healthcare and provide medical access to underserved communities. I strive to become a practitioner who embraces equality, kindness, and compassion into practice, ensuring each patient feels welcome and comfortable under my care.
