Student Center
A community center for the ETSU campus.
The D.P. Culp Student Center serves as the community center for the ETSU campus while
upholding ETSU Mission, Vision & Values. Housed within are numerous services, students and administrative offices, recreational
opportunities, food service areas, the bookstore, a post office, and meeting facilities
for use by ETSU students, faculty, staff, as well as members of the Tri-Cities Community.

The D. P. Culp can be accessed by J. L. Seehorn Road, Borchuck Plaza, and South Dossett Drive. Construction areas on the east (South Dossett) and west (Borchuck Plaza) entrances may mean that accessible routes are different than in the fall.
