The Center for Teaching Excellence publishes a newsletter twice per semester that is sent out to our instructors. One regular feature, "Student Voices," highlights what our students say their instructors do that is helpful for their learning success.

Join Our Student Advisory Board
The CTE is accepting volunteers for the 2025-2026 Student Advisory Board (SAB). We encourage any undergraduate or graduate student who has completed at least two semesters of coursework (online or in-person) at ETSU to apply.
The Student Advisory Board will gather to
-
- Share past teaching experiences from the student's perspective
- Advocate for effective teaching across campus
- Provide feedback on current teaching practices
- Identify opportunities for improvement
- Inform future workshops offered by the CTE

There are two online Zoom meetings scheduled for the fall term, both will be from 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm.
