Poster Printing Guidelines

Please allow at least one week for your poster to be printed.  The poster may be printed sooner; however, there may be circumstances that prevent a quick turnaround.  Please prepare in advance. The cost to print a poster is $60 per poster.

 

 

  • Step One

    Complete the Poster Printing Form. There is a cost associated with printing a poster ($60 per poster).  Please select a department to cover the cost if you are in the College of Public Health and seeking payment for the poster.  If you are not seeking payment from a department in the College of Public Health, please choose "No" and bring cash payment to Jan Stork in Lamb Hall 277. If your poster has to be reprinted for sizing, grammatical errors, or typos, a new form will need to be submitted with a new payment included.

  • Step Two

    Does your conference have a template size?  Please make sure your poster fits those parameters.  The Office of Student Services does not check sizing and margins and will NOT resize your poster for you.  

    Here are some templates that you may use.  Please remember to check your margins if you use these templates. Any text boxes that exceed the slide size will not show up when printed. We cannot check them before printing.  Please save your PowerPoint slide as a PDF before attaching it to your poster printer form. Check the PDF that your content fits on the page before submitting.

  • Step Three

    Please allow at least one week for your poster to be printed.  The poster may be printed sooner; however, there may be circumstances that prevent a quick turnaround.  Please prepare in advance.  Once your poster has been printed, you will receive an email with the pick up location.
