Senior Trip Permission Slips Due Wednesday, May 19th

Field trip permission slips for Senior trips to ACC & Dollywood are due tomorrow, Wednesday, May 19th, 2021!  Send signed copies to penleye@etsu.edu – there are also paper copies in the school office.

Hello all –

Its hard to believe, but we are winding down the school year!  We are excited to celebrate your accomplishments with you during the senior week activities.  See below for some important information:

• Attached (in original message) are two permissions slips, one each for the trip to Appalachian Christian Camp and Dollywood.  Please print, sign, and return these to the main office (Erin Penley, penleye@etsu.edu) as soon as possible.  Deadline for the permission slips to be returned is next Wednesday (5/19).  Hard copies of signed permission slips can be turned in to Mrs. Penley in the main office or scanned/emailed to her.  No one will be allowed to attend either trip without a signed permission slip returned to the school.  Blank hard copies are also available in the main office for pickup if needed.
• Any students on a special diet or with food allergy concerns, please reach out to Laura Willard asap (uhclass2021@gmail.com).  This applies to ACC or the Senior Lunch.
• Any students planning on attending the Dollywood trip that currently have season passes, please let Laura Willard know asap (uhclass2021@gmail.com).
• Any students with medical concerns & the need for medication while on any trips, please reach out to Nurse Bev (pritchardb@etsu.edu).
