Honors Living-Learning Community


The Honors Living-Learning Communities are designed to give specialized support and programs geared towards the needs of Honors College students. With an emphasis on building support and community, the "pods" in Centennial Hall and Governors Hall guide you through your academic career at ETSU and help you maximize the opportunities available to you through the Honors College.

The Honors Living-Learning Communities are a partnership of the ETSU Honors College and the Department of Housing and Residence Life.  Pods for this LLC are in Governors Hall and Centennial Hall.

Community Requirements: 
Open to all students who have been accepted into one of the ETSU Honors College Programs; if you are unsure if you have
  formally been accepted to the Honors College, please contact the College directly: .
Remain in good standing with the Honors College throughout the time living in one of the Honors Pods.
Reside within one of the spaces designated for the living-learning community; your assignment will be provided by the
  Department of Housing and Residence Life.
Complete a community application and receive formal acceptance via email.

Develop Honors College brand identity and outreach through projects that strategically engage students, alumni and friends; strengthening relationships for long term sustainability. Work with Honors College Directors to provide support for recruitment events, undergraduate research, and study abroad programs.
