Why can't I see all the Events from all my Courses in my Calendar?
Check your Calendar filters in the top left-hand side, just above the Calendar. You may need to set/remove filters. -
Can I set up a calendar feed to sync my Leo Calendar to my personal calendar?
Yes! You can sync your Leo Calendar and your personal calendar by setting up an iCal feed. -
What is the difference between a Section and an Event?
The Section is the entire Course such as Foundations of Medicine. The Events within a Course/Section are the individual teaching sessions - labs, lectures, exams. Each course will have multiple Events. You can access information and content at the Section/Course level and the Event level from the Section screen and the Event screen respectively. -
How can I download Section materials? Can I download mateirals for multiple courses at once?
You can download materials from the Documents pane that appears on the right-hand side of the Calendar tab. The materials listed here will correspond to the week that you have selected in your Calendar view. Therefore, this is a list of materials (for the week), across all Courses. If you want to download materials per Course/Event, you can also do this from the specific Course/Event screens. -
How can I view my assignments and upload my submissions?
You can view and submit your Assignments at the Course or Event level. -
How can I create or participate in a discussion for a Course/Event?
You can create or participate in discussions from the Section/Event screens. -
How do I complete an evaluation and see all the evaluations (of me and others) in one place?
You will be able to see all Evaluations in your Profile if this feature is enabled by your institution. Clicking the Evaluation links in this screen will not open the actual Evaluations, only a summary. You will have to go to your Activity page, via the Activity Bell icon, to click the link and actually complete an Evaluation. Or you can access the Evaluation from the Course or Event screens. -
How do I make a Course selection if there is an open Lottery?
To make a Lottery selection follow these steps. -
Where can I see my grades for a Course?
You can see your grades for a Course from the Course Screen by selecting the Gradebook. -
Can I see my grades across Courses?
In order to see your grades across Courses, you can visit your Academic Portrait. If this feature is enabled by your institution and if the cumulative grade (for a particular Course) has been calculated by the Course Director, you will be able to see it here. -
How will I be notified of new Assignments, open Lotteries, Exams, etc?
Notifications can be found in your Activity Report, accessible via the Activity Bell icon. If there is a new Lottery for you to participate in, or a new Evaluation for you to complete, it will appear in your Notifications. -
Can I send an email to my Course or Clerkship Director, Faculty, Advisor, or peers from within the System?
Yes, you can use your Inbox to manage your communications. -
