Faculty Activity Plan, Review & Evaluation
The Quillen College of Medicine now uses Watermark Faculty Success for the Annual FAP/FAR/FAE process. Faculty should enter activities into the WFS database and use the system to provide additional context for the annual reporting process.
FAP/FAR/FAE Due Dates:
- May 30th · Faculty Submits the FAP/FAR/FAE
- August 1st · Chair deadline to review faculty materials, upload signed conflict of interest forms, and submit comments
- November 1st · Vice Dean deadline for reviewing submissions
