
Sarah received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Liberty University in 2022 and her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Milligan University in 2025. Since entering the field, she has worked with a variety of clients, offering case management services at a community mental health clinic and an inpatient setting and counseling services at an inpatient setting and through the ETSU Counseling Center. Sarah prioritizes individualized treatment and often pulls from a myriad of treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Her professional interests include anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, sexuality, and relationship concerns. Sarah believes that the authentic counseling relationship flourishes when clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. She strives to meet clients where they are to promote growth, healing, and curiosity about what lies ahead. In her free time, Sarah enjoys kayaking, hiking, and hammock camping with her spouse and reading and journaling in her own time.
