I'm A Survivor
Mondays 3:00pm-4:30pm

Open to students after attending a Needs Assessment
A group to provide a space of connection and support for survivors impacted by sexual assault and violence. This group will be centered around creating connection with others who have shared and individual experiences, facilitating discussions around sexual trauma, developing coping skills, and gathering resources to support the healing journey for those impacted. Students interested in this group can learn more by signing up for a Needs Assessment (see homepage for details).
Deconstructing in the Sanctuary
Mondays 1:00pm-2:30pm

Deconstructing in the Sanctuary is a group to process experiences within religion, explore spirituality, and process trauma that may have resulted from time spent in the church. Students interested in this group can learn more by signing up for a Needs Assessment (see homepage for details).
One Voice
Every Other Tuesday 5:00pm-7:00pm, starting 2/7

One Voice is a support group where students, staff, and faculty can come and discuss their shared experiences as BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) individuals in our society, community, and on campus. Snacks and drinks will be provided.

A group for male identifying individuals to sit in community, exploring themes of
acceptance and commitment to values. Students interested in this group can learn more

Mind-Body Connection
Wednesdays 4:15pm-6:30pm, starting 2/1

Open to ALL ETSU students after attending a Needs Assessment
Mind-Body Connection Group is intended for clients who wish to explore how the mind
and body are interconnected. Through attunement and movement, clients will experience
how physical and mental manifestations of their environment are stored, processed,
and intricately woven together in their mind and body. We will explore ways behaviors,
relationships, trauma, and more impact this connection, while learning skills to increase
awareness, restore connection, and release anything that is no longer serving our
mind or body.
Fearless Writing
Tuesdays 3:00pm-4:30pm, starting 1/24

This group will explore different journaling practices through guided writing prompts
with conversation/reflection afterwards. Participants will learn journaling skills
& habits to help recognize & process feelings, life experiences and authentic self
in a supportive, safe environment. Group will create Safe Space Rules for safety &
confidentiality. Bring notebook/journal & writing utensil that bring you joy.
