Teresa received her BA in Psychology at Brevard College and completed her master's in social work at Smith College in 2017. Teresa is skilled in supporting survivors of trauma through a variety of therapeutic approaches as well as students and couples navigating life transitions. She practices from an interpersonal, and whole person approach and deeply understands that family attachment styles tend to follow individuals into adulthood if left unexamined. Teresa is trained in Compassion Based Meditation techniques. Teresa is accompanied most days by her therapy dog, Koda Bear, who loves pets and butt scritches.
