Submitting your study electronically

OneAegis (formerly IRBManager)

The ETSU IRB uses OneAegis (formerly IRBManager), a web-based program designed specifically for the IRB review process, to facilitate review and approval.  Investigators submit their IRB application and documents electronically in OneAegis and can track submitted items in the system and know, step-by-step, where their study is in the IRB process. This allows investigators and the IRB to quickly submit, communicate about, and approve the necessary forms throughout your research study.

Accessing the OneAegis system

New Users: Click the OneAegis button at the top of this page and enter your ETSU email address. You will be redirected to the ETSU Single Sign-on (SSO) page to enter your ETSU username and password.
