Club Name: Entrepreneur's Club
Club Description: U-School is hosting a new Entrepreneur's Club! This opportunity is for students
8th grade and above. Our goal is to provide a forum of interaction between student's
interested in entrepreneurship with ETSU business faculty, startup founders/CEOs,
angel/venture capital investors and other professionals. Throughout the club meetings,
students will explore various startup ideas, new business models, eco-system support,
and self-employment opportunities. Through Entrepreneurs' Club meetings, student
members learn from, interact and network with other students, founders and investors
about their motivations, what works (and what doesn't), and successes. Think of it
as a Shark Tank preparation club!
Meeting Dates: Meetings will be held at University School, Room 214, on the last Monday of each month, from 3:15-4:15 p.m.
**The University School/ETSU Entrepreneur’s Club will move the next meeting date from Monday, March 28th to Monday, April 4th.
Participants: This club is open to any student in grades 8-12.
Sponsors: Dr. Justin Penley, Ms. Holley Ziglar
