Some of the competition.....
The moment you realize you have won!!!!!
But we need YOUR help! Our speech and debate team needs more members! There are so many other events in Speech and Debate! Our school especially needs students who are interested in theater and drama, storytelling, radio broadcasting, and being a Mime...just to name a few of the other events besides debate that students participate in at these competitions. Please consider joining our team- as you can see we have so much potential for even greater conquests!
Any student interested should talk to Ms Bragg.
Once again, let's hear it for Gowri and Emma who showed up and showed out at the Debate State Competition!
The Drama and Debate Club is currently accepting new members. There will be a meeting on Thursday, December 7th, after school, in the library, until 3:30 p.m. If you cannot attend this meeting, please see Ms. Bragg or Gowri Tumkur ASAP. You can email Ms. Bragg at email@example.com.
Topics include After-Dinner Speaking, Duet Acting, Duo Interpretation, Extemporaneous Speaking, Impromptu Speaking, Oral Interpretations of Dramatic Literature, Oral Interpretation of Humorous Literature, Oral Interpretation of Poetry Literature, Oral Interpretation of Prose Literature, Original Oratory, Pantomime, Public Forum Debate, Solo Acting, Storytelling, and Television Broadcasting.
Any Middle or High School student can join!
